Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Prof. Umar Danbatta, says telephone subscribers in Nigeria are now 208 million.
Danbatta disclosed this on Thursday while briefing the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy, Festus Daudu, in Abuja.
He said the nation’s broadband penetration also peaked at 45. 07 percent as of November 2020.
