The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) says it will resume its suspended strike action in Kaduna State if Governor Nasir El-Rufai fails to dialogue and arrive at amicable resolutions in settling the industrial dispute between them.
The labou said this on Thursday in a communique jointly signed by NLC President and acting Secretary, Ayuba Wabba and Ismail Bello, respectively, after a virtual National Executive Council (NEC), in Abuja.
The labour grounded Kaduna state during its strike action last week over the sack of 4,000 workers by the state government.
The NLC said it resolved to continue to keep its doors open for dialogue and amicable resolution, but it would not hesitate to re-activate its suspended action if the state government remained adamant and recalcitrant.
