INFOGRAPHICS: Electricity crisis forces private firms to generate 6,500MW

As the energy crisis deepens in Nigeria, 247 private companies have generated 6,500MW of electricity. Official data from the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) states that this figure is higher than the total generation by the federal government.
