The immediate past Secretary of the State Government (SSG) of Kano state Abdullahi Baffa Bichi has told his supporters that he will expose Kano state governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, National leader and Presidential Candidate of New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) in 2023 Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso when the time comes.
Bichi who spoke publicly on the matter for the first time since his sack as the state SSG alongside five other commissioners in December 2024, had accused both Kwankwaso and Gover Yusuf of betrayal and treachery as well as injustice.
The former SSG made the claim while addressing thousands of supporters that went to welcome him back on his return from lesser Hajj. He told the supporters to be patient on the betrayal matted adding that he has incriminating details about Governor Abba Yusuf and his political mentor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, which he threatens to make public when the time comes.
“These people are not trustworthy people, they are very deceptive. They are very good at nothing but treachery and betrayal. They are not to be trusted. But, we have documented evidences from written to audio and video evidence, and we will release them when it is time,” said the sacked SSG
It can be recalled that before his sack, Bichi was alleged to be the brain behind a group campign for Governor Yusuf to take full control of the government activities in Kano devoid of Kwankwaso’s influence.
