The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) on Friday approved emergency use of Pfizer-BionTech COVID-19 vaccines in Nigeria.
NAFDAC Director-General, Prof Mojisola Adeyeye, disclosed this on Friday in Lagos.
She said the vaccine is only for emergency use, and can be stored between -15oC to -25oC equivalent to freezer temperature.
