A group of gun-wielding men has abducted four family members in Bwari area council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The incident occurred at Tudun Fulani extension at about 1:30 am on Friday.
According to residents’ accounts, the kidnappers made their way into the home of the victims and took them away, while one person who attempted to escape was shot.
Spokesperson of the police command in the FCT, Josephine Adeh, confirmed the development and said the police were on top of the matter.
According to her, the police responded as soon as the report was received.
