A former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika and his brother, would be arraigned Tuesday before Justice Belgore of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court, Garki, over fresh charges of corruption.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) would arraign the duo with 8-count charge different from the previous charge against the former minister, his daughter and two others.
Mr Sirika alongside his daughter, Fatima, and two others were earlier before Justice Sylvanus Oriji of the High Court of the FCT, Maitama, last Thursday.
Also arraigned was Al-Duraq Investment Ltd, for alleged abuse of office to the tune of N2.7 billion.
The court later granted bail to the suspects and weee sent to Kuje Prison before they met their bail conditions.
The court also restricted the defendants from traveling abroad without its permission.
