Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, have been urged to shelve their 2023 presidential ambitions.
Pan Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction Coalition (PANPIEC) Director of Planning and Strategy, Chief Pat Anyanwu, on Saturday, said this after his group met with a northern group, Arewa Power Shift Movement, in Port Harcourt Rivers State.
He said by shelving their ambitions, Atiku and Tinubu would help in healing the wounds of the civil war, and appealed to Nigerians to ensure the realisation of Igbo presidency in 2023.
Leader of northern delegation, Malam Dahiru Imam, said the North will support an Igbo president, but asked the south east to unite so they can realize this ambition.
