Sixty-six people have been killed in bandits attacks on eight communities in Danko-Wasagu local government area of Kebbi State.
Spokesperson of the state command, Nafiu Abubakar, who disclosed this to journalists on Saturday said the incident happened on Thursday.
“The killing took place in Koro, kimpi, Gaya, Dimi, Zutu, Rafin Gora and Iguenge villages, all in Danko/Wasagu local government area of the state,” he said
Abubakar said the command has dispatched a detachment of operatives to the affected areas.
