Gunmen attacked Dangani Village in Musawa local government area of Katsina State on Thursday night, killing one person and abducting four others.
21st CENTURY CHRONICLE reports that the gunmen stormed the village at about 2am.
The person killed has been identified by the locals as Abdu Buzu otherwise known as “Warwas”
Among those abducted are three children of a lecturer, Sule Hudu, who works with Isa Kaita College. The children were identified as Abdurahman, Ahmad and Amina.
The fourth person was identified as Ibrahim Ma’aruf.
The police is yet to issue a statement on the incident.
