President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday paid N100 million to purchase his nomination form from the All Progressives Congress (APC).
A member of the House of Representatives, James Faleke, made the purchase on behalf of President Tinubu hours after the ruling party commenced the sale of expression of interest and nomination forms for the 2027 presidential election.
The APC’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Argungu, presented the form to Mr Falake at the APC National Secretariat Abuja.
21st CENTURY CHRONICLE reports that Wwth the opening of the sale of the form by the APC, Tinubu was the first to purchase it.
No other aspirant had obtained the form during press time.
