A political movement, we2gedaNg, would be launched by youths in Kano on Friday.
At the launching, the modus operandi as well as the nationwide representatives of the group will be unveiled.
The movement which was been setup two years ago has been engaging million of Nigerians through radio, TV and online platforms.
A statement signed by the national convener of the movement, Ibrahim Hussain Abdulkarim, said the event will be held on Friday, February 4 at the Bristol Palace Hotel, Kano by 3pm.
The event which will be strictly by invitation is geared for the sole purpose of uniting young Nigerians under one platform that would forge a common front that would ensure active youth participation and inclusiveness in the collective task of nation building.
The convener said we2geda comprises of young and vibrant Nigerians in all the major political parties, as well as the none partisan ones who share in the vision of the group working together for a better and prosperous Nigeria where all lives matter.
Abdulkarim enjoined Nigerians irrespective of ethnic or religious affiliation to join hands with we2geda in order to extracate Nigeria from cesspool of many social maladies that bedevilled its progress and stunt its development.
