Two of the abducted students of Bethel Baptist High School in Chikun local government area of Kaduna State have escaped from captivity.
This is coming a week after the Police rescued one of the abducted students.
A total of 121 students of Bethel Baptist High School were abducted from their hotels by bandits on July 5.
Spokesperson of Kaduna State Police Command, Mohammed Jalige, said the two students were picked on Wednesday evening around Rijana area along the Kaduna-Abuja highway.
He said the students have been taken to a police medical facility where they are currently undergoing medical examination.
President of the Nigerian Baptist Convention (NBC), Israel Akanji, had said no ransom will be paid for the release of the abducted students, even as the bandits demanded the sum of N60m as a ransom for their release.
